Here is the best I could do. I am not very good with house plans but I think you will get the idea. I don't remember where some of the windows were...sorry.

This is the main floor.

This is the downstairs laundry. It is right at the bottom of the stairs.

This is the other side of the family room with a mini frig and a wet bar. Just add a microwave and you have a kitchen.

This is the master shower - a walk in with a seat.

 The dining room is a nice size and she is leaving two of these beautiful corner cabinets.

 This is the one corner of the kitchen. All appliances are staying.

Here is the pantry in the kitchen.

There is another larger closet at the end of the kitchen that would be great for hooking up a washer and dryer.
